As Durham gets added to the new lock down effective Dec 26th 2020, we are updating our covid-19 safety protocols as more information becomes available through the Ministry of Health, College of Optometrists and College of Opticians.
All store visits are now by appointment only until further notice. All pick ups, warranty and service visits can be scheduled conveniently by our online store appointment requests. We will accommodate pick up, and service requests on products purchased with us on a priority basis.
No exceptions will be made to walk in visits for new purchases without prior appointments unless we have no pre scheduled appointment at that particular time.
We understand that it might be difficult and inconvenient at times but we are trying our best to provide the safest possible experience for our customers and our staff during these times. As per the Ontario Ministry of Health and the College of Opticians and Optometrists of Ontario guidelines and required protocols, you will be required to successfully answer Covid-19 pre-screening questions and wear a mask before entering the store. If after scheduling a store appointment you experience any Covid related symptoms, please reconsider and reschedule your appointment.
You can save time and assure your store appointment by requesting a store appointment time online. The online booking request includes a convenient and time saving online COVID-19 pre-screening questionnaire (required before store entry for all visits - get it done ahead of time).
